These terms describe use of the Bizdeck Consulting website. Please use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not submit abusive content, impersonate another person, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Consultation inquiries
Submitting the contact form is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment, purchase, or consulting engagement. A form confirmation means the inquiry was saved; it does not confirm that a particular service is available or that an engagement has begun. Any consulting services, scope, fees, and deliverables will be agreed separately.
Website information is general and does not guarantee revenue, savings, growth, or any particular business result.
Optional customer care SMS program
By actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox and submitting a mobile number you are authorized to use, you consent to receive customer care text messages from Bizdeck Consulting. Messages are sent via autodialer when a messaging program is activated. Message topics relate to your inquiries, requested assistance, and consulting-service communications.
Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. The SMS checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. An inquiry can be submitted without SMS consent or a phone number. Permission to respond to an inquiry, or acceptance of website terms, is not by itself permission to send text messages.
Message frequency varies per user. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier’s plan for applicable charges. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and messaging service; delivery is not guaranteed.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from customer care text messages. You may also email yudi@bizdeckconsulting.com or call 718-496-4189 to request withdrawal. After withdrawal, no further customer care messages should be sent, other than an opt-out confirmation where supported by the messaging service.
Text HELP for help, or call 718-496-4189 or email yudi@bizdeckconsulting.com. Tell us if your number changes so that messages are not sent to a number you no longer control.
This website currently records opt-in preferences only. Automated sending and incoming STOP/HELP handling require a separately activated messaging service. No text message is automatically sent by submitting this form.
Privacy and consent records

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
